John Blizek has cut nearly 200 hours of pilots, episodic, and television movies since graduation from USC Cinema some (mumbled) years ago. He’s been nominated twice for the Cable Ace award (comedy series editing), and a recent short subject, Ancestor Eyes, has been winning awards on the festival circuit. John has also directed 30 episodes of television and a TV movie for Disney.
Born and raised in Chicago, he’s a big fan of Little Feat, Indiana basketball, Italian beef sandwiches, Stanley Kubrick, and (like Ricky Manning) loves the work of the brothers Coen.
